Conjunctival capillary hemangiomas are rare in adults, particularly over the age of 60 years.[1],[2] In this report, a 70-year-old Caucasian male receiving weekly immunosuppressive etanercept injections for psoriatic polyarthritis presented with a painless lesion in the right eye that grew rapidly over the course of 1 month which became ulcerated and bled easily. On examination, a 10 × 4 mm, pedunculated, apically pigmented, erythematous lesion arising from the bulbar conjunctiva was seen [Figure 1]. The lesion was excised wholly from its base under topical anesthesia, and subsequent histology confirmed a lobulated capillary hemangioma with no malignancy identified. Following excision, he made a complete recovery.
