A 66-year-old man comes for blurred vision in the left eye (LE) for 1 month. He underwent a cataract surgery with implantation of an intraocular lens (IOL) (Oculentis, PCA81) in LE in 2017. Pseudoexfoliation (PXF) was noted on IOL placed in the capsular bag, and it was radially distributed [Figure 1]a. Anterior segment optical coherence tomography clearly showed PXF deposits on the anterior surface of the IOL [Figure 1]b. The intraocular pressure was 17 and 50 mmHg in right and left eye, respectively. PXF on the IOL could be the only sign of secondary glaucoma.[1] We need to raise awareness for a thorough examination. | Figure 1: (a) Pseudoexfoliative deposits on intraocular lens (IOL) in left eye (b) anterior segment optical coherence tomography visualization of pseudoexfoliative material on the anterior surface of the IOL
